Frequently asked questions

What time is check-in/out?

Check-in is available from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. We recommend proceeding with the online check-in. It will speed up your check-in at the reception.

Can I check-in early?

If you will be arriving early, we are pleased to offer early check-in upon availability. However, to guarantee availability if arriving before 3 pm, we recommend you book the previous night.

Can I check-out late?

Late check-out before 6 pm is available for an additional 50 EUR, subject to availability.

Is it possible to have breakfast?

Breakfast is available at our sister Mosaic House. It is served Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and on Saturday and Sunday, it is available from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Breakfast is available at a rate of 400 CZK per person.

Do you have a lift?

There is 1 lift available for our guests in the entire building. Please note there are 18 steps leading to the elevator.

How many apartments does MOOo Downtown offer?

Our apartment building has 24 apartments.

What is the smoking policy?

Our apartments are completely non-smoking. A fine is charged for violating this prohibition.

Can I bring my children?

We are looking forward to your little ones as well. Additional baby cots are complimentary.

Does the apartment allow pets?

No animals are allowed in the entire apartment building.

Is the apartment building accessible?

The apartment building is not accessible.

What are the parking options?

We offer valet parking.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA. Please note we cannot accept payments by cheque.

Is VAT included?

VAT is included in all our rates.

Do you have hypoallergenic blankets?

Hypoallergenic pillows and blankets are available on request.

Is a deposit required upon arrival?

Yes, upon arrival, we will collect your card details as a deposit to cover any potential extra charges. If you are unable to provide a card or if the card cannot be verified, a refundable cash deposit of 100 EUR (2500 CZK) will be required.

Are there age restrictions for booking a room?

We accommodate guests under the age of 18 only if they are accompanied by a person over the age of 18.

Do you offer transfers to/from airport and train station?

A hotel taxi is available to our guests. We recommend ordering the service well in advance HERE

Do you have a luggage room?

Yes, this service is available to our guests.

Is there a porter available?

We do not provide porter services.

Is room service available?

Room service is not available.

Does the apartment building take group bookings?

For bookings of 4 or more apartments, please contact us via email for consultation – downtown@mooo-apartments.com. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG or HEN PARTIES. We might decline all group bookings made online unless we are contacted beforehand. Group Bookings are subject to a prepayment and adjusted cancellation conditions. Bookings made for 7 or more nights may be subject to a prepayment and adjusted cancellation conditions. You will be advised via email.
