What time is check-in\/out?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in is available from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. We recommend proceeding with the online check-in. It will speed up your check-in at the reception.<\/p>\n

Can I check-in early?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you will be arriving early, we are pleased to offer early check-in upon availability. However, to guarantee availability if arriving before 3 pm, we recommend you book the previous night.<\/p>\n

Can I check-in after reception working hours?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. Late check-in is possible after reception working hours. Please contact us in advance to receive the necessary instructions for your arrival.<\/p>\n

Is it possible to have breakfast?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not offer breakfast at the property. However, there are several caf\u00e9s very close to the property where you can enjoy breakfast. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to prepare your own breakfast. A grocery shop is conveniently located just 70 metres from the property.<\/p>\n

Do you have a lift?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the apartments are located in a historic building and there is no elevator.<\/p>\n

How many apartments does MOOo by the Castle offer? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our apartment building has 13 apartments.<\/p>\n

What is the smoking policy? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our apartments are completely non-smoking. A fine is charged for violating this prohibition.<\/p>\n

Can I bring my children?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking forward to your little ones as well. Additional baby cots are complimentary.<\/p>\n

Does the apartment allow pets?<\/strong><\/p>\n

No animals are allowed in the entire apartment building.<\/p>\n

Is the apartment building accessible?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The apartment building is not accessible.<\/p>\n

What are the parking options?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a limited number of parking spaces available at the property. Parking must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. An additional fee applies for parking.<\/p>\n

What are the accepted payment methods?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, VISA. Please note we cannot accept payments by cheque?<\/p>\n

Is VAT included?<\/strong><\/p>\n

VAT is included in all our rates.<\/p>\n

Do you have hypoallergenic blankets?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hypoallergenic pillows and blankets are available on request.<\/p>\n

Is a deposit required upon arrival?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, upon arrival, we will collect your card details as a deposit to cover any potential extra charges. If you are unable to provide a card or if the card cannot be verified, a refundable cash deposit of 100 EUR (2500 CZK) will be required.<\/p>\n

Are there age restrictions for booking a room?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We accommodate guests under the age of 18 only if they are accompanied by a person over the age of 18.<\/p>\n

Do you offer transfers to\/from airport and train station?<\/strong><\/p>\n

A hotel taxi is available to our guests. We recommend ordering the service well in advance at castle@mooo-apartments.com.<\/p>\n

Do you have a luggage room?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, this service is available to our guests.<\/p>\n

Is there a porter available?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We do not provide porter services.<\/p>\n

Is room service available?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Room service is not available.<\/p>\n

Does the apartment building take group bookings?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For bookings of 4 or more apartments, please contact us via email for consultation \u2013 castle@mooo-apartments.com. WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG or HEN PARTIES. We might decline all group bookings made online unless we are contacted beforehand. Group Bookings are subject to a prepayment and adjusted cancellation conditions. Bookings made for 7 or more nights may be subject to a prepayment and adjusted cancellation conditions. You will be advised via email.<\/p>\n

Is laundry service available?<\/strong><\/p>\n
